I started this Company in 2015 with the sole purpose of working with people to help them achieve their personal goals & improve their quality of life through nutrition & exercise.
My interest & involvement in sports/exercise stems from my childhood & I have never strayed from that position. Tough workouts have always been a passion of mine & I want to share that same enthusiasm with those of you who have a desire to achieve balance, strength, & athleticism in your life. Statistics & popular opinion have shown that physical exercise & proper diet contribute tremendously to ones’ health & the result is increased confidence which builds competence.
My credentials include being a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a specialization in Sports Nutrition. I maintain a certification as a US Army Master Fitness Trainer & I hold an active license as a Nurse (LVN). My training never ends.
My goal is to present you with the latest & greatest trends to develop a healthy lifestyle. Some would describe my style as laid back, however, I am very motivated, & have the knowledge & energy to help you achieve your goals. I am expecting to expand on the BSA mission during the coming years & would love for you to be part of that process. I look forward to every training session with each & every one of you.

Fitness and Nutrition for all ages, demographics, shapes and sizes is a true passion of mine. I love being able to help individuals learn how to create the best version of themselves. By simply making a few lifestyle changes, you can make that happen.
I am a graduate of the University of Houston, with a Bachelors in Exercise Science, my major being Kinesiology with a minor in Nutrition. I further went on to obtain a Personal Training Certificate through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), along with a Fitness Nutrition Specialist Certificate (FNS) and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NCSA).
I have impacted many lives by helping individuals lose weight, create a healthier lifestyle, and improve in their respective sports. As a High School Track Coach, I was able to assist in the development of some of the top runners in the state to include 3 Regional Champions. By working on technique, strength, endurance, speed can be dramatically improved upon. With BSA Sports Lab, I continue to help people discover better versions of themselves by educating and motivating to build strength, conditioning, and education on better eating habits. Sports and Performance Coach
From the moment I could walk, I tried to take off running. As a youth I was told I was very competitive and spent the majority of my childhood playing every sport I could, and I had every intention and potential to play professionally. With my parents’ busy schedule, I can recall the impact coaches had on my life as an athlete and as a person. I can remember the camaraderie of being on a team. That is the impact I intend to instill. I am a strong believer in it taking a village to raise a child. My coaches opened up the doors for me to play Basketball overseas the same way I intend to do for others.
I decided to be a Coach and Trainer to impact our youth, to develop them as people, to boost their confidence the same way my coaches did for me. I make fitness fun, which is why you might even catch me breaking out in dance. It feels good to be healthy. I want the same for you and your youth. That’s right…I train parents too!
I train all sports but basketball is considered my love. With BSA, my focus is on Balance, Strength, and Athleticism. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), I look to improve your sport performance, look better, feel better, reduce health risks, and most of all have a good time, I can get you there. Head Strength and Conditioning Coach, Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer
I graduated with my Bachelors of Exercise Sports Science (BESS) in Health and Fitness management from Texas State University. I played football at Texas State for a year and a half and was plagued with hamstring injuries my whole time there. That lit the fire in me to start on the strength and conditioning path. I worked the strength and conditioning camp for the Bowie high school football team for three years and was also the Head Strength and Conditioning Coordinator for Hill Country Baseball Academy. Following my graduation, I did an internship with the Texas State football strength and conditioning staff where I learned the ins and outs of a Division 1 football strength program. My goal is to bring that type of D1 sports intensity and passion to all the clientele at BSA. I look forward to working with all athletes, adult and youth to develop the Balance, Strength, and Athleticism needed to succeed in their sports.
