I started this Company in 2015 with the sole purpose of working with people to help them achieve their personal goals & improve their quality of life through nutrition & exercise.
My interest & involvement in sports/exercise stems from my childhood & I have never strayed from that position. Tough workouts have always been a passion of mine & I want to share that same enthusiasm with those of you who have a desire to achieve balance, strength, & athleticism in your life. Statistics & popular opinion have shown that physical exercise & proper diet contribute tremendously to ones’ health & the result is increased confidence which builds competence.
My credentials include being a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a specialization in Sports Nutrition. I maintain a certification as a US Army Master Fitness Trainer & I hold an active license as a Nurse (LVN). My training never ends.
My goal is to present you with the latest & greatest trends to develop a healthy lifestyle. Some would describe my style as laid back, however, I am very motivated, & have the knowledge & energy to help you achieve your goals. I am expecting to expand on the BSA mission during the coming years & would love for you to be part of that process. I look forward to every training session with each & every one of you.

Along with sports specific training, I take pride in my strength training ability. I have competed in six regional bench press competitions placing second place in two, 1st place in four. I also played two years of Pro football in Europe. I have coached youth sports from football, basketball, baseball, and track for over 20 years.
My goal is to bring my passion for sports, fitness, and strength training to others who are looking to improve in weight loss, size, strength, body fat, or you’re that athlete who wants to get stronger and faster in a specific sport. Together we can come up with a plan to reach your goal to not just be the best but to be better than you were yesterday.
